2008 Annual Club Meeting

There will be a club meeting on Monday, January 21, 2008.  This meeting will be held at the German Club on Depot Street, East Windsor, CT at 7:30 PM.

Old Business: 

  1. Boundary Fence - Completed
  2. 200 Yard Berm Improvements
  3. 200 Yard Pulling Targets
  4. Range Safety Features

New Business:   Election of Officers.

  1. PRESIDENT:  Bob Villanova has submitted his candidate form for a second term as president
  2. TREASURER:  Doug Glazier will NOT run again for Treasurer.  We are in need of someone with financial management skills.
  3. EXECUTIVE OFFICER:  Pete Beaudry has completed two terms, thus he is ineligible to run again.  No other names have been received.
  4. RECORDING SECRETARY and COMPUTER RECORDS KEEPER:  Jean Glazier has declined to continue in these positions.  They  are paid positions:  Recording Secretary = $60 per meeting and Computer Records Keeper = $140 per month.
  5. DIRECTOR, SECRETARY and RANGE MANAGER:  No candidate forms have been received for these positions.
