Trap Shooting - Year Round

• Trap Shoots are held every Tuesday at 9:30 AM. 
• The cost is as follows: 1 Round= $4, 2 Rounds= $6, 3 Rounds= $8, 4 Rounds= $10

Frostbite Matches - 2009/2010 Season - ENDED Watch for next year

  Frostbite matches will be held the last Sunday of the Month.  November 29, December 27, January 31, 2010, February 28, 2010, March 28, 2010 and April 25, 2010. 

  Squading at 9:00a; Start time is 10:00a.  The match is open to all rifle shooting.  A light lunch will be served.  Cost:  $10.

Ham Shoot - 2010 - ENDED Watch for next Year

The East Windsor Sportsman's Club will hold a Ham Shoot every Sunday March 7 through April 4.

• Time is 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. 

• Shooting will be conducted at the Pistol Port and will not affect the Rifle and Trap Ranges. 

• Fee:  $2.00 per shot;

Bullseye Pistol - 2010 Summer Season - ENDED Watch for next year

EVERY WEDNESDAY, May 12 through August 11.

Time: First Relay at 1800. Second Relay at 1900. Two gun match: .22 cal. and center-fire pistol. 

In lieu of trophies, Fun Shoot August 12, followed by league banquet. For information contact:

• Slow Fire at 50 Yards

• Timed and Rapid Fire at 25 Yards with turning targets
• 30 rounds of rimfire (.22) and 30 rounds of center fire per match*.
• Cost is $40 for 10 of 14 matches. (Season)
• Must be a NRA member
• Must have valid CT State Pistol Permit.

*Those shooting .22 only: scores will not be sent to NRA.

Small Bore Prone Rifle Matches - 2009 Summer Season  (ENDED-Watch for updates)

• Held at East Windsor Sportsman's Club as a satellite of the Bell City Match
• Starting May 5, 2009 thru August 25, 2009 Every Tuesday at 5:00 PM
• 40 record shots at 100 yards in prone position with iron sights or scope
• Results are combined from participating ranges
• $1.00 registration and then $5.00 per match (includes $3.00 EWSC range fee)

Falling Plate Matches - 2010 Summer Season - LAST chance this year September 28!!!!

The matches will be conducted the last Tuesday of each month April 27 to September 28, starting at 5:30pm.

Late shooters will be able to catch-up.

• Ammo:  Lead and plated bullets are preferred.
• Shot timer records all shots required to knock-down 5-8" steel plates.
• Two Classes:  Centerfire and Rimfire pistols used at each match.

CT Conservation Education Firearms Safety Course

Full 16 hour course: Sept. 14, 16, 21, 23 from 6 – 9 PM and Sept. 25 , 8 AM to Noon (Range shooting day)

Turkey Shoot - 2010

The East Windsor Sportsman's Club will hold a Turkey Shoot every Sunday Oct. 31 through Nov. 21, 2010. (4 Sundays)

• Time is 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. 

• Shooting will be conducted at the Pistol Port and will not affect the Rifle and Trap Ranges. 

• Fee is  $2.00 per shot - Ammunition provided.
